Our house if finally listed. I don't know if I like the photos too much, but that's what I've got until the virtual tour company comes out. In a strange way, it's a relief because it's kind of out of our hands now. We're just praying that it will sell quickly so we don't have to be separated too long and the kids will get to be settled a little before school starts. Congrats on the listing! One more step closer to it being off your hands. Does this mean you got carpet installed in the basement today?

Yep! Carpet is in. Brent even put in the in-wall speakers I got him for xmas. I guess he figured that since it was already wired, he should just consider it a bonus that will hopefully help sell the house. It's strange to suddenly have an extra room in the house to hang out in! We'll try to put photos on our blog soon.
This morning I told Ammon that Geoffrey and Sarah would be coming to stay with us for a few days. He thought this was due to your trip to Hawaii and it dawned on me that he didn't know you were moving. I told him and he got a shocked look on his face and burst into tears. He said, "But I like Jakie!!" He sobbed and I, in turn, burst into tears and we both cried our eyes out as we realized how hard this is going to be for us and how much we will miss all of you - especially "Jakie" according to Ammon.
I'm glad to know that you have this done. It has to be a relief.
What Chris said is true. I saw them and they were both crying like babies.
