Apparently, they have the highest marriage rate, and highest sales in flowers and chocolates.
And that makes it the most romantic?!? I'm missing out on something here. (Accept for the marriage rate, birth rate, changing diapers rate, missing church meetings for screaming children rate, cooking meals rate, etc., etc.) Hmmmmm.....
