Gillian truly looked like a princess tonight. I was really proud of what she did -- she borrowed a dress from a friend, borrowed shoes from a different friend, got her nails done free and had a different friend do her hair for free. It was a pretty cheap prom! She was excited to go and expressed the same sentiments that Adrianne did when she bought her wedding dress -- she said, "Wow! I feel just like a princess!" It's nice to feel like that once in a while.

Beautiful. I hope your prom is better than mine was. You look better than I did (although, mom made a really pretty dress for my prom).
