to respond to these sometimes. Anyway, I would make comments, but i tend to comment so late that it's past the time anyone reads them so....
1. I watch TV very little these days and it's usually before I sleep late at night. I do like Heros, but for some reason quit watching it a while back. I like to watch anything on gardening on KBYU or the Home and Garden channel. I also like watching home remodel shows or things like Junk Brothers or Dirty Jobs. I also like to watch the History channel, but their shows tend to be hour long and I don't seem to have the time to catch the whole thing. Lately I have been watching mixed martial arts fighting late at night. Not sure why, but it is kind of fun. Anyway, that's about it.
2. Pinewood derby cars are typically too light and small for aerodynamics to be much of a factor, so the fact that it is a truck matters very little. What seems to make the difference are 2 things: 1. setting the weight correctly to allow for a good distribution of weight on the wheels for the individual track and 2. wheels that are good (well set, sanded, smooth, and lubed). I think that is what really makes a difference. I am sure there is something somewhere on the internet on it...
3. Good luck Gillian; Who is this Durham kid and how did he make our blog? I am confused; Barcelona will be nice, with or without pigeons; The Easter get-together was nice - good to see those who came and we missed all who couldn't be there; Lauren is quite the cute little girl - Who knew Jess would be so good at making such cute girls?!; It rains, it snows, the sun shines, sometimes it even does two at a time and in general makes it interesting, but miserable for scheduling concrete.
4. Here is a new thought. My list of 10 worst Americans living today (very subjective list, not in any specific order, and not set in stone):
1. Reverend Al Sharpton
2. Jesse Jackson
3. Don Imus (on the list short term)
4. Cindy Sheehan
5. Al Gore
6. Anyone named "Clinton"
7. Mr. Attorney Nifong (the Duke Lacrosse case guy)
8. Nancy Pelosi
9. Any rubber backboned conservative that can't support their own party platform or moral principles (far too many these days)
10. Rosie O'Donell (may she please get a disease and go mute)
Is that all? can't remember. Anyway, have a good one.
Adam

I like your list although I would probably replace Al Gore with Martha Stewert. I am not much of a Gore fan but I think he is pretty harmless (all talk, no walk). You could probably include most politicians and CEOs on your list and be pretty much dead on also. Also, Rudy Guiliani (supports public funding of abortions) is a runner-up.
Hey, I agree with most of those on your list too!!
Welcome back, Adam, even if you don't comment again for a while. It's good to get a different brain working on comments every once in a while.
FYI, I didn't think I'd be able to make cute girls, either, so it must be all Jen's fault. And I think we can also blame Amy for Henry's good looks, rights?
I wouldn't be so sure of that, Jess - most people think that Henry is a little Adam look alike. Adam is pretty guilty on that one.
Plus, cute little Abby looks just like adorable you. Sorry.
Amy
I totally agree with getting rid of Rosie O'Donell, it seems she is always complaining about something and everything she stands for is morally wrong.
you forgot Michael Jackson....
