The blog has been pretty quiet as of late except for Jess (the driving force of the blog....thank you Jess). So, I thougth I'd write a little post saying what's happening on our end. Will started counting this week--I say one, he says two...etc. We have been working on his colors and he needs a lot of help in that area still. I have a mainilla folder that I cut the profile of a fish into and then on the inside of the file I put different colors so the fish looks like it's one of the colors. Then I say, "I'm Mitch the fish and I swim and I swish. If you don't like my color I can change it like this." Then I switch the color and he has to guess the color. I say, "What color is he?" and he says, "Color." So, we need more work.

Isaac is getting up on his knees a little. He doesn't do it very often but it's fun when he does. He still coughs and has the occassional wheeze but other than that, he is doing well.

Mike starts his new position on Thursday. We hope his new job won't get in the way of our trip to Branson. We haven't made all our plans but we think it would be really fun to go and see Gillian and Jason and Michelle. Mike is training a guy to take his place and the kids is really weird. When asked why he joined the Air Force he will say, "For lot's of reasons." Then when he is pressed he will say, "It's none of your business." He told Mike he has no loyalty to the United States other than the fact that he made a committment to them in the Air Force. He said he is a "citizen by mistake of birth," meaning that the only reason he is a citizen is because his mom gave him birth in the US. Isn't that awful? Nice to know he is serving our country. I would hate to think our country is being protected by him.

I went to the doctor about my arm hurting (I couldn't raise it above my head) and he thought I had arthritis. He did some tests and I don't have it. My arm is starting to feel better but is still very sore and pops everytime I move it. I'm glad to have dodged that bullet. I'm not doing anything fun lately. Just playing with the boys and doing lots of cleaning, but I guess that is fun (well, the playing with the boys part).

That is us. Hope you are all doing well.

I have finally figured out how to get back into the blog.
Hey, I'm relieved you don't have arthritis. That is an ugly road and I'm glad you aren't going to have to take that one. Why you have these weird aches and pains is a puzzle, though.
You might get a tornado and we got about 4-6" of snow this morning. It was a real lousy drive to work, let me tell you!
Sounds like you are having lots of creative fun with William. Wish you were here to be creative with Ammon. He needs some new ideas.
Have a great day!!

I hope Mike enjoys his new B2 Bomber position. Hopefully he won't forget that one little screw on the fuselage that causes some catastrophic damage. Boy, am I a pessimist?

I imagine this new position will be more exciting that managing welders (is that what he was doing?).
