As of 12:30p.m. Central time today, May 18th we were told that all contingencies were released and we have the house!! It is for sure this time and nobody can take it back.
I was about to loose it emotionally so it's a good thing it's over.
Our closing date is Wednesday May 31st at 10a.m. and we will be new owners of 2247 Cae Dr. Iowa City, IA 52246
I have officially disconnected Water, phone and heat as of a few minutes ago so hopefully we are good to go.
All phone numbers will stay the same, but as always it is best to call us on our cell phones if you really want to reach us. We have free incoming calls on the cell phones so call all you want.
